Pan-American Highway 2023/25 - In our second video from Guatemala, we drive along the south shore of Lake Atitlan to Antigua, where we attend the Easter procession. Very impressive! Afterward, we finally get some off-roading on foot from the Pacaya volcano. At the end of this day, we reach one of Guatemala's absolute highlights, Finca La Escondida. Come along and have a look. Pan-American Highway 2023/25 - Guatemala is completely different from other countries we've seen so far in Latin America. So much history and culture in such a small space is simply impressive. Tikal is by far the most interesting Mayan site we've visited so far. All the wildlife alone is worth a visit. Then there's the Mayan market in Chichicastenango! An orgy of colors, sounds, and smells. And finally, the beautiful landscape around Lake Atitlan... Guatemala is simply impressive. Pan-American Highway 2023/25 - Chiapas in southern Mexico is a completely different world than we saw so far on our trip along the Pan Americana from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego. Such a lot of history, culture and nature! In part 1 of this epic movie we're driving the Alaska Highway until Watson Lake, take the Campbell Highway further north to Dawson City where we travel on the Dempster Highway up tu Tuktoyaktuk at the Arctic Ocean. The Top of the World Highway then leads us trough stunning landscapes down to Tok at the Alaska Highway. In part 2 of this movie you can travel then with us on the Dalton Highway once again up to the Arctic Ocean and truth Denali back to Yukon.

Thailand 2024: We're taking a break! When travelling the world for years, it is advisable to take a break from time to time. This is for the simple reason of maintaining enthusiasm, keeping the atmosphere fresh and interesting. And of course we also want to see family and friends again - after all, we've been travelling for two years and have spent all this time isolated somewhere in a large landscape. So it really is time to take a break and make sure that the wanderlust kicks in again. Pan-American Highway 2023/25 - Another 6 months we already have stayed in the USA. It is tine to move as we're running out of visa. So we travel from the mountains of Wyoming trough the whole west to San Francisco and Los Angeles where we start for the nest 3 months a completely new chapter of our trip. Stay tuned ...
